All Estimates are good for 30 Days from the Date the Roofing Estimate or Construction Estimate was performed.  In some cases estimates may only be good for 1-2 weeks depending on certain conditions that are out of our control when Prices for Material fluctuates . Though most Roof Repairs do not require permits you should always verify before starting all work to cover yourself as a homeowner before allowing someone to perform work on your home.  Any type of New Roof Installation will require a City Permit before work can start.  If you have any questions about building permits that you may need please call the City that the job will be performed in.  Each City will vary from prices and inspections that are required for all types of work.
